can't add or remove sections on my msn homepage
when I click on "edit" then click on "add section below" then check the new section I want to add then click "done", the screen looks like it is making changes but when it is done I still do not have the new section, same results for removing a section

After you click done, and refresh the page does it appear correctly?
any changes I make in "edit" do not take affect can't moved sections up or down, can't add or remove sections
