- uninstalled Firefox and reinstall it, the problem remained - Tried earlier version: the problem remained or the application crashed - Tried to clean all Mozilla folder found on Program files and on my profile: %appdata%/roaming and local - Cleaned the registry - Tried 32 bits and 64 bits…

OS: Server 2008 R2 Firefox version: 56.0.1
Are you using CCleaner to clear Session data?
We cleaned registry with different tools but with the same result. here is the windows event error.
