So i was looking at my firefox menu bar and noticed a couple of things.

1. what happened to all that customization and awesome flexibility to the menus for Firefox on Android???

AND

2. Why is there a LinkedIn icon on my menu bar when i have no such add-on or tab open that has anything to do with LinkedIn?... i don't see a way to add a screen shot here so I'll try and do a link in a sec.

Hi D

There has not been any changes to the customisation options in Firefox for Android for a good few years now. What would you like to try to change?

With regards to the LinkedIn icon, have you recently view content from that site in Firefox for Android?

As far a customization options? Well how about a bookmarks toolbar? or maybe some add-on icons at the top? This whole thing for me started with wanting to put a classic stop button for web pages that aren't responding or doing something that I don't want. Very important button that one, obviously under estimated since Firefox Android doesn't seem to have stop at all. I realize that real-estate is tight and every little bit is important but it feels like firefox android is just bearly squeaking by with minimal development on improvements while the desktop edition continues to bring all sorts of new innovative ideas to try out.

I forgot to mention that I just did another post on missing tab options... one more example of little things that really make Firefox great but Not on Android??

Hi D

There is not going to be any further development in that version of Firefox for Android as we are currently focussing on our new Android web browser, Firefox Preview.

I recommend that you download it from the Google Play store and give it a try.
