I cannot print anything on my computer since this PDF Print appeared. Everything was going along as per normal, now this. How do I get it back to the "normal" situation for me. Receive an email, hit the print button and lo and behold a printed sheet, etc. It is driving me to distraction. I have been using FireFox since whenever, no problems. I'm not too computer savvy but enjoy its use like anyone else. Something I will be able to follow and implement. I have seen a delete article but couldn't get it to do anything for. Currently running Version 130, x64 on Windows 10, but this is not the first time this happens. After update, all tabs of the previous saved sessions display a hourglass icon and nothing gets loaded. Same thing happens if you open a new tab to load a new website. After a kajillion restarts this seems to fix itself, but it is as annoying as it gets.

The other day I accidentally pressed a keystroke that changed a Firefox setting, and now it thinks I'm on a mobile device/displays sites in mobile view where possible by default. This has persisted despite restarts of the browser and the computer and has been happening since Sunday (Australian time). I've tried opening the Responsive Design dev tool and I've sent screenshots to a techsavvy friend (I'm totally blind and use a screen-reader, so couldn't tell this was happening until I tried to use a site that had a radically different layout in mobile view), and aside from not seeing an exit button or a switch to change device mode, he couldn't tell what was going on.

I'm stuck and need help! I would like to unmobile my Firefox!

Today I keep on getting messages like this when trying to sign into my Comcast email. I've never had this issue before signing in:

no matter what i do, every website is now dark. I want it turned off and it won't. Since this can't be turned off, how do i switch all my bookmarks to another browser? Chrome, yahoo, etc all of those don't have the dark background

Hi, apologies I'm not very computer-literate, but my gmail has stopped allowing attachments such as images or files (just keeps saying attachments failed). I cleared a lot of old (large) emails from my email account and freed up a lot of space - but I still can't add attachments. I've checked Firefox and it's up to date - as are my ad blockers. Is there something else I can do like deleting Firefox and then reinstalling it to see if this helps - the problem is definitely when using Firefox (and not Chrome) as my browser.

I would like to search for "CV." in a page. However in the page there are plenty of "CV. xxxxx"

So question is how could I search for the term NOT "CV. xxxxx" and that would yield only "CV."

I just updated my iMac from Mojave to Catalina 10.15.7. I thought Firefox would provide an update to convert the esr version to the standard Firefox browser since I am no longer using Mojave, but the next update is 115.15.0esr. Is that correct? My understanding is that the esr updates are just for computers using older operating systems through Mojave. I did not update to 115.15.0esr since I am not sure if that is the right version for Catalina. Any information and assistance you can provide me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last night I was using Firefox normally when it abruptly closed all windows and turned off. I turned it back on again. It told me it could not restore the tabs, so I started a new session. Firefox behaved normally, went to the sites I asked, and in approximately two minutes, did the same thing. Simply closed as if I had closed it. Turn it back on. It says it cannot restore previous tabs. It will come on, go to requested site, operate normally for a very short time, then close without warning. Made sure I had the latest version of Firefox. I do. Have tried hard restart, turn computer off, turn it back on. Same. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. Behaves the same on reinstall. Says it cannot restore tabs. Start new session. Brief period of normal behavior, then all windows close as if turned off. Does not matter what the site is I go to.

Please note that I am an older autistic person who is very computer illiterate and is extremely distressed by these events. Please bear with me and please be patient with me.
