The crash signature is similar to an issue caused by 0patch. More info on that here:

Could you double-check that all your security software is up-to-date?

Also, can you install the 73.0.1 update? You might need to download a full installer if the internal updater cannot run:

Refresh install also didn't work. So I reinstalled Firefox and copied my old profile into the new profile folder to get it working again.

i.e. my problem is resolved with the above workaround, but if you are looking for root cause to improve the product, you can look at the crash reports I have submitted.
