The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
2. Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

Thank you for your reply. However I have only one recent crash report even if Firefox doesn't start and I receive the event error I told you about very often. Report ID Date Submitted bp-3e500f25-5581-4dd0-ba24-a69e50200503 03.05.20, 23:28

If it helps, the only way I can update Firefox is I use another new profile and then launch my profile in a new browser. I tried also to delete my profile and sync data after login but I still have problems with the old data. Something is wrong and I'm not able to solve it alone.

Let’s do a full clean re-install;

Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.

If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.

Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders

Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac

Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux

Do Not remove any profile folders.

I did everything as you advised, I dlded the setup file, I uninstalled, I did a registry scan, I reinstalled and now I got these errors in event viewer. No more ntdll.dll but firefox errors:

These problems began to occur starting with some Firefox 6x.... I was a very big fan of Firefox as it was and still is a browser which let us delete the history when closing, I can customize many things easily etc. but I expect the program gets better and better and not worse. I tried even to save the bookmarks and start with a new profile but whenever I reinstall addons and I put the bookmarks back the problems are back too.

I called for more help.
