There are three places to check:

• Is Firefox Sync account set to sync data automatically?
• Are there more than 5k bookmarks?

• How do I turn on sync logs:

1. Open about:config and turn on: services.sync.log.appender.file.logOnSuccess and services.sync.log.logger.engine.bookmarks
2. Restart Firefox and look at: about:sync-log
3. Logs and error messages will be located here

Please also use pastebin.mozilla.org for sharring any errors that relate to this issue.

I am sorry for causing confusion I am happy to clarify where you can turn these logs on. The about:config page will need to be opened. In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following steps :

1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
2. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
3. Change the entry mentioned above to turn the logs on.

The logs will only work on the desktop computer. However if there are no logs at all, please consider unattaching the account, Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles and logging in at acccounts.firefox.com.

I want to sync my bookmarks and passwords to my s4 phone,, this doesn't help or I'm just stupid
