I am using Firefox from two Debian desktops and an Android phone. I would like to sync opened tabs, but my two desktop devices are seen one by accounts.firefox.com. It shows only a phone and a single desktop device, whose name is switching between the names of the two desktop instances, according to which one of them has synced recently. Also the Android application sees only one of the two sets of tabs (switching between them), always from the PC that was used recently. I guess the problem is that I have copied all the dotfiles at the installation of the second PC. Can you suggest a quick solution that does not involve the deletion of all mozilla related dotfiles and reinstallation of the browser?

Hello. I got a new laptop (Windows 11) and have been trying to sign in to my main account for an hour. I can "sign in" with my email and password, and I get the account recovery code in my email. I then enter that, then I am immediately told that my account is "disconnected", even though by all other indications, I am signed in. I mean, I have to be signed in to create this post!

I read over other posts, and some of their issues seem to stem from something about their default profile. However, 1) I should still be able to sign in to a non-default profile, 2) I have been able to sign in to a different (student) profile just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF twice now, with full deletion of profiles etc. And no luck.

Other posts have mentioned antivirus software interference, but that doesn't explain why my other (student) profile works fine.

Also, when I try to create a recovery key, I am presented with an "unknown error" screen. I have attached a screenshot of that.

Installed MacOs Sequoia, on a new SSD, on a MacBook Pro. I want to synchronize my account, I enter my username and password, go through two-step verification, everything is ok, go to my account page, everything is ok. But in the browser settings Firefox immediately writes that the account is connected and exactly three seconds later it says that the account is disconnected, although in the Firefox account cabinet my computer is there. After refreshing the page it asks to enter login and password again. Firewall disabled. How to solve this problem?
