Enabling Shockwave 11.7.700.169 in Firefox 20.0.1 allows pop-up ads from "CouponDropDown"...

I have been getting pop-up ads on many pages while using Firefox 20.0.1. The ads are connected to a site called coupondropdown...

Disabling the Shockwave 11.7.700.169 plug-in (in Add-ons Manager) blocks these ads. After re-enabling Shockwave 11.7.700.169, the pop-up ads re-appear. Is there a Bug here?

Thanks to whoever can help!

hello eric, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe one of your addons is containing adware (freecorder?!)...

Many thanks, Philipp... I tried Firefox in Safe Mode, with Shockwave enabled, and did not see the problem.

I then re-entered 'regular' Mode, disabled Freecorder, and the problem did not reoccur. I have now uninstalled Freecorder, and am seeing no problems.

Thanks again!
