How do I stop the Firefox Privacy Notice Page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/ from opening in a new tab, each time I click on the home icon on any other tab I have open. This is quite annoying.

Possibly that page got saved as your home page or one of your home tabs. Could you check your home page setting. Watch out for a vertical bar character -- | -- that is what Firefox uses to add multiple home page addresses, such as:

https://example.org/|https://example.com
