Flash Stopper says downloading, but isn't. How to do it

The new Adobe flash is not listed in the Customize on my taskbar. I want to only activate flash when I click on the picture. I used to be able to block the auto plays, but not now. I tried to download Flash Stopper (add on) on Firefox. it says Downloading, but it does not even start. How can I get it to download?

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it
