Hi Vishal Goyal, Request Desktop Version changes how Firefox identifies itself: instead of showing that it is a mobile browser, it says it is a Linux system. However, websites often have responsive layouts for different screen resolutions and sizes, so sites may serve you their small screen version regardless of whether you say your running Android, Windows or whatever.

You can modify the screen resolution Firefox reports to sites by making everything in Firefox extremely tiny. That's probably not a great idea, but if you like to experiment, check out the following thread for ideas: Full desktop experience on Firefox for Android.
