Firefox freeze entirely after trying to open youtube video; have to force shut down the program.

Tried updating add-ons and even tried disabling all of them but nothing works.

It was all working great until this last update 3.6

I'm having problems with lots of sites since updating to newest version, including youtube.

I am unable to view Facebook since this latest update of Firefox. I can go to Safari and access it fine. What's up with this new version of Firefox?

Since the 3.6.6 update Youtube is now constantly making Firefox unresponsive.

I went into Firefox troubleshooting steps and cleared cookies and cache and that seemed to fix my problem. Troubleshooting gives a step-by-step direction to try various things. Hope it helps.

Howdo you go to troubleshooting ? sorry

Hey Peggy thank you ! I found out that it was one of the extensions i had on firefox that stopped me from doing certain things on youtube.

To get to Firefox troubleshooting I went to their website, then to support, and then just "wandered" around until I found the troubleshooting link.

Not sure if the two messages are from the same person or not, but in any case, you're welcome.
