When I go on different websites, my location shows a zip code for an area that I moved from 4 years ago. Even after I sign in and update it again and again, it still happens. I called Apple support, but they said the issue is in my browser. I am not so sure. Please let me know what you think

Hi I'm trying to recover a google account but that thing is only giving me an option to send a verification code to an old phone # that i used to have , i stop using that # two years ago. I have tryed every single way to recover it but always, always ends up wanting to send a verification code to my old phone number that I don't have anymore.
