Upon startup, the Firefox screen flashes for ½ second but does not stay up. The Firefox "toolbar" stays up across the top, but there is no screen for the browser - just my desktop. I have had to change to Chrome to get online now. This has been an issue for years and happened last about a month or two ago. I had to completely "uninstall" Firefox and install a new download of it, but lost most all of my settings, shortcuts, etc. Another time an Apple Mac update got it going again. Another time running "C-Cleaner" got it going again. I tried all of these things yesterday and nothing helped so had to go to Chrome. I am not a computer genius and don't stream movies or anything like that. Mostly just email and shopping, checking websites, and You Tube. I just can't get Firefox to be reliable. Very frustrating!
