I 'm on Mac os 15 Imposible to choose the destination for a new bookmark I have to mark it then do modify the bookmark and then choose the destination?? Until recently I was able to choose the destination when I was marking it Thank you

1. I'm no longer able to add a bookmark to my Book Marks Drop Down Menu. The Star button on the address bar doesn't turn blue when I click on it. How do I restore my ability to just add a book mark to my Drop Down Book Mark Menu?

2. How do I add a bookmark to my Bookmark Tool Bar on the top

Dear Sir or Madam, we have had a major problem with Firefox since today! Our specially programmed software, which displays HTML 4/5 with onClick and forms and submit, has stopped working since today! We can no longer work properly!

Example: We click on a button with onClick, an input form is created, e.g. for a construction site with Jquery query and submit button (OK up to this point) and then another input field opens, e.g. for entering hours, and we enter a number/value. - From this point onwards, you can no longer press Enter on the keyboard and there is no (Submit) button in the form to click on.

So from the second form controlled via IFrames onwards, clicking is no longer possible!!!

It is affecting more and more users who use Firefox! Please check urgently.

Why do I keep getting a never ending spinning wheel when I try to purchase an item using my credit card online? I am using Windows 10 OS. My credit card is valid with no restrictions or credit issues. Never had an issue before this. Seems like this started happening right after Nov. 1st, 2024. The transaction never reaches the credit card company and no transaction is decline by the credit card company. As a matter of fact they never receive any attempt to purchase any item using my credit card. The spinning wheel never stops and gives me no reason why I can't connect to the provider that the credit card company is using.I'm baffled. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am running Firefox for Mac OSX. On newsites, especially, pages reload automatically before I've finished. How do I stop Firefox from auto-reloading pages? Thanks.

I have scanned my PC for viruses with Windows Defender multiple times and it says there is none. There is no plugin which could sabotage my browser and I have downloaded the browser from the official website and keep it updated. Please help me resolve this issue.

After Firefox updated on 11/1/2024, I completely lost all my bookmarks. Going thru the online tools/suggestions, I only see one profile and bookmark backups show only two files dated 11/1/2024 and 11/4/2024. Don't see any others prior to that. Perplexed why and how this particular update undid all this. I am missing something here or not looking in the right place? Some of these bookmarks go back a decade or more.

My Firefox 132.0.1 64-bit Windows 10 doesnt remember my settings, as e.g. home page. As soon I exit Firefox the old (default) settings come up (exept my search engine - that it remebers). I cannot find any "save settings" any where. Best regards RP

Hi every time I click on a link the tab does not show up automatically. So I need to go back to the browser manually to land on the page linked to the link I clicked on.

Firefox is set as default browser.

I've checked the setting and "When you open a link, image or media in a new tab, switch to it immediately" is flagged. I've tried to switch to Chrome as default browser and I do not have the same issue.

Please advise on how to fix this since it is very annoying.

I wanted to create shortcuts on my new tab page.

I deleted the sponsor shortcuts one by one and now the three dot button disappeared. No matter what I try, I cannot figure out how to add shortcuts to the new tab page.

Could you help me? Do I need to reinstall Firefox?

I am on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.5011, using Firefox 132 (64-bit), not running Kaspersky, I do have AdGuard (7.19.0 (4853) (CL 1.16.44, DL 2.5.41 )) and Malwarebytes (4.6.17.334) on my system along with their browser adons. I have attached some screenshots, hope they are useful.

5th Nov 2024 Hi, Firfox has just (few hours ago) updated.. It has 'lost' ALL of my (several years of) PASSWORDS, BOOKMARKS and HISTORY I have tried the fixes given on the forum,. but there doesn't seem to be anything there to recover. And frankly the whole 'other profile' thing confused me.

Can anybody help please.. ?

My Logitech 1080 camera is working and recognized on Chrome and Edge. It is not recognized on Firefox, even though I have the settings allowing the camera on a list of sites, and have restarted it several times.. I can't find it on the connected devices list, etc. I HATE having to open Edge for every vidcon call!

I thought I just needed to sync my account ( three bars > user name > sync now) and sign out before resetting my computer. After doing so I thought by signing in it would recover my bookmarks and passwords, etc. I did NOT do the proper way: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switching-devices which I realized after performing the reset.

Am I completely SOL? Or is there a way to recover these - I really hope there is I had a lot of bookmarks.

Been using firefox for years along with the web site partsbase.com

Now when I try to go to partsbase if last for a fraction of second and then gives me a blank screen. I works fine on chrome. Don't really want to switch to chrome but I have to be able to use this site to stay in business.
