Hi,

After a recent Win10 update, TB starts up in Profile manager. But it shows blank without any list of my profiles already in place. Then when i select the "blank" profile (as i have no other option) and press ok, it starts with my regular default profile. I have multiple profiles but use only one of them. But TB does not show anything on profile manager. Kindly suggest.

Hi Sorry your question was overlooked. Can you send a screenshot of what you see? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem Also, check that you can find your original profiles - they should be in C:\Users\<Windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles and then if you had several profiles there should be several folders. Check they contain Mail or IMAPMail subfolders Also check that Thunderbird is looking in the same place by using Thunderbird menu path Help->Troubleshooting information->click on the "Show Folder" button. Post back with that information. Thanks
