Hello, I'm having some problems with multiple websites at the moment on log in, when i put my personal information and click on the logging button, nothing happens, and i have tried with another browse (chrome), the next action is show a captcha to permit the log in, that can't be shown on Firefox.

Some sites are Coursera, this is where i recognized this problem, the other is Good Smile Company (the US version).

Can anybody know how to solve this? i want to stay on Firefox for all my internet navigation.

When I'm using Firefox Multi-Account Containers with the option "Limit to designated sites" enabled, I encounter an annoying issue when navigating between different subdomains of the same website.

For example, if you navigate from "https://www.google.com" to "https://accounts.google.com," you will exit the "Google" container until that subdomain is manually added to the container.

I thought it would be nice if I could somehow create a container for "https://*.google.com/" (where * acts as a wildcard, as explained in the note below).

• Is it possible to do this? If so, how, and what is the safest way? (See note below)
• If not, is there any viable solution to this problem?

Note: The RegEx (or wildcard) * should only allow alphanumeric variations to prevent security vulnerabilities. For instance, "https://www.PhishingSite.com/WeStealYourAccount.google.com" could bypass the container if * is not restricted properly. In this case, * could mistakenly refer to "www.PhishingSite.com/WeStealYourAccount"

Firefox will not load. I receive this message: Error: Platform version ‘130.0’ is not compatible with minVersion > = 129.0.2 maxVersion < = 129.0.2

I cannot use Firefox due to this error message. What do I do now?

Dear Sir/Madame. I have tried to figure out how to get Mozilla (Firefox) to store my bank card details so I do not need to fill it in over and over again. The information I find on Internet is either from 2020 or do not work. Do you have any solutions to suggest me?

I'm not understanding just what would happen if I cancel my cable service (don't watch TV) and go to strictly streaming services, that I'm using now exclusively anyway. Can you help my poor confused brain function again???

I only have a few tabs open at any one time, usually only one or two. I only have adblock plus and bitwarden as extensions. But when I open firefox desktop, even before I've navigated to any page, it is using a few hundred MB to almost a GB of memory.

Not long ago all my search queries starting showing up in French instead of my default language English.

Every time I click Change to English I get taken to Google's Search Settings with NO indication where to make English the Default language. When I click Parametre de langue I am taken to the Google Search Settings - Language and region. Here I change Language of display to English...., but when I close the window and start up again it jumps right back to French.

It's driving me nuts!

Every day I get a pop up regarding a new update. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .

HOW DO I STOP THIS PERMANENTLY AS I PREFER NOT TO GO BACK TO CHROME. IT SEEMS THAT YOU GET OFF BY SENDING OUT THESE UPDATE NOTICES, EVEN THOUGH I DO UP DATE JUST TO GET YOU OFF MY BACK!!

When using PowerSchool, there are lots of students with addresses listed, in the various forms. Every time we leave the page, if we edited anything, Mozilla asks if we want to save the address. This is verified to be Mozilla when we click on the 3 dots for settings, and it takes us to the Autofill and Save Adresses box that is clearly unchecked.

In the Privacy and Security settings, we have unchecked the boxes for saving and filling addresses, as well as auto-filling form information.

What else do we need to disable to get it to stop asking to save addresses for every single student we need to modify in PowerSchool (and probably for other sites as well)?

When I start up Mozilla, my browser reads, "https://hp-search.com/?path=firefox/newtab&u=9dc0c90355bb6762&subid=11119&channel=default".

I've gone to "Add-on and themes"/"Extensions" and under "Enabled" I don't see anything related the "hp-search" extension. I've also gone to "Control Panel" / "Programs" / "Uninstall Programs" and the only HP related software on my computer is for a printer. Finally, I've gone to "Settings"/ "Programs" / "Installed Apps" (and also "Default Apps") and seen no reference to HP (again with the exception to my HP printer).

Although the tab for "Autofill Payment Methods" is checked within the Privacy and Security section in settings, when I click on one of my various saved credit cards, autofill doesn't seem to happen anymore when I'm trying to make a payment. That applies to all of my saved credit cards.

Why, and what can I do about it?

On the https://www.msnbc.com website, I cannot watch any videos.

I get the message "Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 101102)"

The video player works on Safari on this website.

The makers of the Avada theme for WordPress adviced to set dom.events.testing.asyncClipboard to true for the copy paste function between sites. A function they have added recently.

However, here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1411533 I saw this comment:

"Recommendations to flip dom.events.testing.asyncClipboard to true are a fundamentally bad idea. This pref was meant for automated testing, and bypasses all security/permission checks on clipboard access.

If you toggle this pref, any site has full access to your clipboard all the time without asking you or you even noticing so we suggest that you do not touch that pref.

Had the same problem with firefox and outlook web.

My solution was:

  open "about:config" in firefox (type it in the webadress line and hit enter)
  accept the risk in the pop up
  type "clipboard" in the search line
  change the following settings (as shown in the image attachment) from false to true (klick on false)
  restart firefox (close it & open it again)"

The image attachment mentioned, showed that dom.events.testing.asyncClipboard WAS set to true. So now I am confused :-D.

Is it dangerous to set it true and why?

Each time I close the firefox web browser I get logged out of my firefox account and out of all the different websites and emails I use. I have looked on the forum and tried the proposed solutions but it's not working: I disabled the "Clear history when Firefox closes" setting and I even did a refresh of firefox which also didn't solve the issue

when trying to log into Arizona state school, it uses duo authentication after typing in password and login it starts to try to authenticate then says 403 forbidden. but works fine on my laptop but it will not work on my desktop Ive looked through the forum done all the clear catch and enable site but still not having luck normally id continue on my laptop but i need multiple screens for the current class I'm doing and my laptop doesn't suffice.
