today when i first tried to open my firefox i had a problem where it would freeze up and couldn't do anything and after this it would happen non stop as soon as i started my firefox. some of the things i did was close all the processes of firefox and when that didn't work i restarted my computer. when firefox asked to start in safe mode i tried to do it but it would freeze up as soon as i clicked on anything. i tried using ccleaner to delete all download and cache history but unfortunately that didn't work. i also uninstalled firefox and deleted the folder it was in and reinstalled the newest version and the issue still persisted.

Hi, just a wild guess, do you have Websense Endpoint on your system? If so, perhaps you could if possible try disabling it.

If not, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
