How to revert to Thunderbird English labels from Chinese TW labels after current updating

I had the option of Chinese -TW language installed in previous versions of TB. Previously the Main menu usually displayed in English. However, after updating to current 128.5.2 esr, the menu labels change to Chinese. I'd like to have the menu displayed in English again. Thank you.
