Hi Fr. Giulio. Thank you so much for the link to download FF4. It's a LOT better than FF5, at least for me since I DO need my foxtabs. FF5 really stinks. I just hope the developers of foxtab do something about this. Thanks again!!!! Everything's back to normal now =)

Had the same problem, but have now upgraded to Foxtab 1.4.3 (which didn't offer itself via Add-ons Upgrade - had to upgrade manually). Now works as before. Think FF5 works better than FF4 for me - faster & ok now Foxtab issue gone.

Hi wraitdw, would you mind telling me how you upgraded foxtab. Like you said it is not offered as an add-on for FF5. I'd appreciate it if you gave me the link. Thanks in advance!

FoxTab 1.4.3 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/foxtab/versions/

FoxTab 1.4.3 is not reviewed for public yet.

If FoxTab not being compatible due to using a older version was your only issue then there is no need to be mad at Fx 5.0 after all as there is a compatible version.

Thanks James for the link. Just to clarify, I was mad at FF5 because it does not have a compatible foxtab, at least not yet reviewed by Mozilla for users to download. When I had the older FF version foxtab was just fine. Now, even though this foxtab version has not been reviewed I still downloaded it and it works great. Thanks again.

SOLUTION for using FoxTab in FireFox 5:

1. Completely uninstall your Firefox 4.0 or 4.1

2. Install Firefox 5.0

3. Go to this page to install FoxTab version 1.4.3 that works perfectly in Firefox 5: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/foxtab/versions/

I have tested it and am using it.

if you usually install(delete)and re-install.usually this will happen.firefox5 is compatible with foxtab latest version even in old version.try to disable some of your plug ins and extension(dont remove)next time,if you want to install anything try the google search.ask for compatibility.
