Almost every time I open Firefox it asks to update. I always say yes. After the update, it can't open any sites. Sometimes I get a message saying Firefox is already open. When I check the Task Manager, there are usually several instances of Firefox open. After ending all open Firefox's, I still can't open sites, it just runs until it times out. If I run a registry cleaner, and delete any bad registry entries, then Firefox will load sites. I feel like my Firefox may be corrupted and entering bad registry code.
Is there a 'fix' I can run to correct these errors, or should I delete my Firefox and download a new copy. This problem started a few updates ago. I have the most current copy of Firefox, Version 133.0.3 (64-bit). I am running it on:
