Inbox continues to show 4 emails; no new ones are there. Also re the double space problem several others have--at least I now know it wasn't anything I did to cause it! Give me my single spacing back. Desk Top Publishing no longer double spaces between paragraphs. While an email is not DTP, a double space is DEFINITELY not preferred. Also a sent email does not show in the sent files. And last--2 q.com emails were undeliverable due to "spam" in the content--NOT SO. The same q.com emails have received all emails sent from my account in the past with absolutely no problem.

1. Right click your inbox, select properties and then repair/ That should see off the 4 phantom mails.

2.

3.What a recipient sever defines as spam is entirely up to them. I suggest you contact the administrator of the server and ask them why they considered the email spam.
