trying to sync my bookmarks to a new phone. Have followed all procedures up to scanning the QR code on PC, the scan does not work?

I had saved password on my old pc which i dont have now and also bookmarked the site on my fire fox .ho can i access to the password and the site now from my android phone? It was about 3 and half years ago before my divorce. It is very important to me. Thanks
