Why, when printing from a webpage to .pdf the printed page is blank
e.g printing a bank statement from the print option on the website.
A new secure page opens, asking to choose printer. I choose either Do.pdf or microsotf print to pdf. Save the file on pc - the page is always blank. Works fine in EDGE, ffs EDGE....

There are a couple of troubleshooting steps that I would recommend right away:
- Please make sure that Firefox is up to date, then try another version of Firefox Update Firefox to the latest version
- Check your printer for any errors by running Run Printer troubleshooter, the windows forums recommend these steps https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/i.../fix-printer-problems
- If there is still an issue after troubleshooting the saved printer settings and following these troubleshooting steps in the Firefox preferences: Fix printing problems in Firefox
- Lastly, try a new profile, create a new Firefox profile by starting it from Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles (reference: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1155797)
