Pour demander un remboursement pour MDN Plus :

  1. Accédez à votre compte à l’adresse https://accounts.firefox.com/signin.
  2. Cliquez sur Abonnements payants dans le panneau de gauche pour ouvrir la page des abonnements.
  3. Cliquez (ou appuyez) sur Contacter l’assistance.
  4. Remplissez le formulaire avec votre demande en complétant les champs suivants :
    • Sous Pourquoi nous contactez-vous ?, sélectionnez Autre.
    • Saisissez Demander un remboursement dans le champ Sujet (facultatif).
    • Expliquez pourquoi vous demandez un remboursement dans le champ Description du problème.
    • Cliquez sur le bouton Envoyer
