There is no such thing as Thunderbird email so there is no password. Thunderbird is email client software that runs on your computer and helps you manage your email. Email comes from email providers and you will have a password to that account. Your email provider administers passwords for your account. You need to work with them to reset a forgotten password. Go to your providers email help page and look for a link to reset the password.
