When I try to send a message an error box apperars:

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 4.7.1 <*********@******.com>: Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Your host has been blacklisted for email abuse. Please configure your email client to use SASL authentication --- contact support if unsure how to..

Please check the message recipient "*********@******.com" and try again.

This happened while I was sending about #3 of 4 or 5 that I intended so send. Nothing I'm aware of was changed was changed! I may have downloaded the newest version while I was in the program.

This appears to be a message from a server. The word "host" is not clear to me. In networking parlance it can mean your own computer but more generally it might mean your ISP or email provider.

Either way it means that something has decided that you are, or are using a network that has been identified as a source of spam. I'd suggest you query this with your ISP.
