A website doesn't show payment information

more options

We have been using Square Point of Sale websites for a couple of years. All of a sudden in the past couple of days customers or members log in to our website, www.westminster710rotary.org to make a donation and from the Rotary Payments page only the header of the payment window shows up. There should be all the credit card information under the header there, as well. But it is blank. Is there a setting in Options I should choose to keep that from happening? Thanks, Loren

That form content is generated via JavaScript, so if you do not see it then it is likely that you block JavaScript.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows a blueish highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked.

Any Improvement ? If no, then

It could be the work of one of your add-ons, or it could be Hardware Acceleration. How to disable Hardware Acceleration {web link}

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)

In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All Of them.

If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.

Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.

Hi Loren, just as a footnote:

On mine it shows a Google Pay bar, then fields for Full name, Email, and Credit Card. Is that the part people don't see, or after submitting that first form?

You're right. That's what is supposed to be there, but it doesn't show up on my page. Any clues as to why? Must be a setting that needs to be turned off.

Yes, I took off the YouTube Download extension that Firefox was blocking and now the page works. Well done getting that right. Thank you. Loren
