Menu Bar on Firefox ios still not available nor the instructions in making it are not correct.

The Firefox ios Menu bar is not available in applying it to setting it up nor are the instructions to do this are not correct. In the More Tools they are incomplete so changing the full screen to preform those functions are not there. In the review section other people have also made these same statements.
