both my wife and I use TB on each of our machines mine is Windows 10 hers Windows 11, It has been fine for a while, but her machine sometimes shows a blank email that is fine on mine, by highlighting the folder and right-clicking and selecting folder properties and selecting repair folder this has resolved her issue. Now however she has blank emails again, when selecting folder properties nothing happens no dialogue window appears, from the edit drop-down menu you can normally select folder properties as well but that option is not even there. when she does right-click she has options which are from other drop-down menus as though the whole menu system has become corrupted. is there a solution to this or do I need to reinstall, if I do how do I keep all of her current emails and archives which go back about 15 years? both on version 128.3.0esr (32-bit)
