My phone crashed within a day of installing. Verizon person told me it was to big a file for my phone and it would just crash again. Is this true or what can I do about it? I really love ff on my computer and I like ur nonprofit status and what u believe in.

Hello techiewantabe3,

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. I'm sorry that you're having trouble using Firefox for Android. While I don't see the Galaxy S4 Mini listed on our list of supported devices, it should work.

  • Are you on the latest version of Android? I believe for this device it should be on Android JellyBean 4.2.2.
  • Do you have enough free space on your device? Firefox for Android requires at least 24mb Free space for installation.

I'm looking forward to helping you get this problem sorted out.

Cheers, Patrick
