I have always had Firefox as my browser (senior citizen - desktop pc for 12 years. Yesterday everything worked fine, and today nothing works! I have done nothing to cause this - no kids, animals, etc. Please help me and restore my F.F. browser and all settings! My Bookmarks in 134.0.1 Firefox Release January 14, 2025 V have disappeared to about 80% in the side and in the toolbar and cannot be changed: i.e. I tried to import a brand new working JSON file - it is not possible to restore! It is neither possible now to edit the toolbars. My OS is Win11 Pro from Win 10. Please advise a.s.a.p. Thank you.

My tabs in Firefox have been VERY reliable for years. Whenever i shut down, or put the computer to sleep - the tabs were almost always there when i re-opened. Last night i closed my computer lid (ie, sleep, not shut down) and this morning, when I opened it all my tabs were gone and there is nothing available under my history menu to restore closed tabs or windows. I do have tabs from my other synced computer - but not from this. I also tried logging out and logging in - with no result.

Is this is a dead duck or is there a chance to still restore my tens of tabs i had open?

Why didn't you tell me when you asked me to reset my password that it would wipe out all of my sync data????😰😠😭

If I would have known I would have just waited to try my password again later.

There must be a way. This just happened the whole reason why I signed in was to sync my data to my new phone. PLEASE recover my data!!!!!!!

And pls change ur UI to say in when asking if you want to change ur email password that it may wipe all ur data and nothing will be available!!!

There must be a way. This just happened and I can prob recall my old password. Can it be rolled back to yesterday's settings?? Or the setting even from this morning?

As of yesterday I am unable to bookmark any site. Also, my bookmark history as stopped recording. At the same time, all my most used shortcuts have disappeared from the start up home page and will not reload despite multiple attempts. Please help, as what was once easy access shortcuts, including access to my mail, is now a multiple step process to activate.

I am on my new computer now, but need to open my old computer for information. However; I forgot the sign in password. Is there any way I can retrieve my old password for my non working older computer.
