Hello Mozilla Firefox Community,

I'm experiencing an issue with my website, https://onlinebills.com.pk, when opening it on Firefox for iOS iPhone. The page consistently crashes, making it impossible to view the site content. The site works fine on other browsers and desktop versions of Firefox without issue.

Here’s a summary of the problem: - Device: iPhone 13 ProMax - Firefox Version: Latest - SSL Certificate: Recently installed, and the website shows as secure in other browsers.

Troubleshooting I've Tried: - Clearing cache and cookies. - Restarting Firefox. - Checking SSL status (shows as secure in other browsers).

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or are there recommended solutions or settings tweaks that can help resolve this? Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I am wondering if I need to change settings or if something else is wrong. Website continuously fail to load. Firefox is my default browser and when I use an email link is just spins! When I try to open FaceBook or games I use, I get a message that it is taking too long to load. This is a new problem since updating. I can't help but think there is a connection.

What other solutions might there be to my Mozilla VPN not connecting on my computer? It used to, but stopped a couple of days ago. It's working on my other devices. In the Home screen, the on switch is greyed out & unresponsive. I also can't change the location (likely because I can't turn the VPN off). • I rebooted VPN • I reset VPN • I rebooted my computer. • I verified my OS is up to date

Last time this happened updating the VPN software solved the problem, but I see no indication that there is a new software update available.

Please help! Thank you!

Hi,

I download YouTube videos so that I can watch them when I don’t have internet. The problem is that whenever I’m in that situation, every downloaded video will only play for around 15-20 seconds before it stops and will never start again to play more. It is very frustrating. I have tried offline mode, I have tried doing any number of refreshing the page (yes I know it’s offline), going back, scrubbing forward, etc. none of these things work. It SEEMS like to me that Firefox is sending a message of some sort to the offline YouTube page telling that it is offline but somehow still making it seem like there is a chance it will eventually reconnect to the internet so it doesn’t play anymore once this happens. Thanks
