Firefox must crash anytime in starting, even if the Firefox is in recovery mode.

The only exception is after conducting the procedures of "Refresh Firefox". After the refresh, the Firefox is going to start normally.

But, once reloading the Firefox after "Refresh Firefox", it must crash every time.
