For some reason I cannot type anything in Google Docs on the Firefox Desktop Browser. In fact, it seems like the browser doesn't recognize that I'm using Google Docs at all - in my attempts to see what was up I tried to bold a word to see what would happen, but the Ctrl + B shortcut opened the Firefox bookmarks tab instead. This is happening across all my Google Accounts, but only on Firefox and only in Docs - I can edit sheets and forms without issue, I can edit them all on my Android through the google apps, and I can edit them in another browser.

This is an issue that happened suddenly yesterday and I cannot think of anything that's caused it. I double checked that I had editing permissions on these docs, asked the people who owned them to remove me and re-add me but no luck. I have cleared cache and cookies, logged out and back, restarted the browser, and restarted my computer. Though I haven't changed anything with my extensions recently, I tried deactivating and reactivating everything I had. None of this caused any difference and I still cannot edit. I've also tried a user-agent switcher to see if that could help, but no dice. It really does seem like the issue is firefox not recognizing Google Docs is Google Docs and I'm not sure what the fix for that would be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

trying to log in to Barclays Bank and keep getting a pop up message loginappcontainer.do 0 bytes I have never seen it before and it is suspicious, please help. can not screen shot it either.?

Hi, I can get the bank website page but it won't let me log in. I have tried all the usual emptying cookies etc. and refreshing Firefox and running Microsoft troubleshooter. This is with Firefox on Windows 11. But I have tried it with Firefox on my Linux computer (Ubuntu) and it doesn't work on that either. Both say the container.do file is empty. Thanks

A particular app won't verify me. It says I need to go to settings on my browser and enable locations. I use Firefox with Windows 11. I have no idea what they are talking about or how to do that. Can anybody help? Thanks.

My logo on the top right near profile has a yellow triangle and account disconnected above my email. When i click it it takes me to login to mozzila account. I enter my password it sends a one time key to my email i enter that key it says your logged in start browsing. than when i refresh the page im logged out again. It wont stay logged in. I dont know what the issue is. ive uninstalled and reinstalled. My firewall is not blocking firefox in anyway. i dont have any third party anti virus/malware on my pc (fresh install of windows done by me 2 days ago).

Sometimes some sites in firefox just refuse to load but when I take the same time in to google chrome it works just fine, this is such an annoying issue as its seems to be just random, sometimes sites work and other times not, and its always the same times, like youtube, gmail, and amazon always work, and i have firefox download in another pc and firefox works fine, i tried to unistall it with revo, i tried to reformat it and same issue,

It used to be that Firefox would remember where I saved similar files (from the same webpage I assume) in the past and save them to the same directory. That doesn't work anymore and I cannot find any setting for that. Now it always suggests the most recent place I saved to.

Even if you change the setting of Firefox about:config from "true" to "false", it will automatically change from "false" to "true".

privacy.userContext.enabled 

If you change "privacy.userContext.enabled" from "true to false" and check after restarting Firefox, it will revert to "false to true." It is unclear why it reverts to the original state.

Hello, My saved passwords do not work on certain sites on my Windows 11 computer and my Android smartphone. I have repaired firefox,and created a new profile as advised by members of the French forum.i have also created a new account. On the computer only, I no longer have the subtitles on the skillshare site. When I go to pinterest and deezer, the page does not display normally. I can't see the images in the duckduckgo search either, because I've been redirected to a non-javascript site. I had ccleaner, it was suggested to me that the problem came from there but I uninstalled it before creating the new profile. I also have bit defender free on my devices. Thank you.

Today I was forced to reinstall my PC (nothing worked, a lot of problems etc). I was told that I don't need to use any backup for Mozilla (even if I wanted, my PC problems would not allow me to do that) because yesterday I've made a sync. After couple of hours of reinstalling the system I wanted to sync my account to get back my Bookmarks and turns out that sync does not restore them. I have all my plugins and that's all, none of the bookmarks. I've lost literally years of saved data.

At first I thought it was Facebooks issue but when I shared using Edge or Opera browser the share dialog DOES have a share button at the bottom of the share pop up dialog. Using Firefox, for what ever reason, it's cut off at the bottom so I have no way to share and have to copy the link and walk it over to Facebook or wherever to share anything. If I configure DoH in Windows 11, Firefox is unable to make any name lookups.

Originally I had DoH configured in Firefox, I wanted to use a Custom provider so I entered the details, and this worked initially.

I then configured the Windows 11 OS itself with the DoH custom provider, and this also worked in other apps, I could also use nslookup to successfully perform name lookups.

However, after configuring DoH in the OS, when I returned to Firefox, I could no longer access any websites. If I reconfigured Firefox to use CloudFlare or NextDNS with DoH, they also would not work. If I disabled DoH in Firefox and used regular DNS, Firefox was still incapable of performing any name lookups and accessing any websites. Only when disabling DoH in the OS did Firefox begin working normally again. I re-enabled my custom DoH in Firefox and it works as long as I do not enable DoH at the OS level.

Is this a bug?
