There is normally no need to reinstall Firefox to solve issues (,but when there is it may need to be a special clean install).

In this case you apparently have malware / adware (Possibly from Wajam ) that installed yrjxxeohbodc.dll 1.2.0.34 { & I am unsure what icudt52.dll 52.1.0.0 is)

Remove any obvious unwanted toolbars etc using both Windows control panel and the Firefox Addons Manager. Then scan fro malware and adware using multiple up to date tools.

The crash reports indicate startup crashes if so you will need to do the scanning and Windows control panel steps first, and if you still get startup crashes you will need to do a clean reinstall, I will give further full instructions later if necessary.

Please follow the standard procedures under and postback with how you get on.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

I found the yrjxxeohbodc.dll, it was part of WAJAM.exe. I had uninstalled this program but it didn't uninstall. Had a heck of a time deleting it. But once it was gone, Firefox opens! Yeah! Thanks!

Glad we were able to help. Thanks for posting back.

  • Any tips for deleting those and uninstalling Wajam successfully ?
  • Also did any of the scanning tools flag or quarantine the software,
or did you just do all this manually.

I have Bitdefender AntiVirus running on my computer. I also ran Malwarebytes but none of them found Wajam as a problem. I had uninstalled Wajam from PROGRAMS & FEATURES but apparently it wasn't uninstalled. I did a search for the .dll files you had mentioned and the first one went to a folder in Programs> WWE. In that folder were the dll and wajam.exe and wajam64.exe. I couldn't delete the folder or components because computer said "files were in use". I went to the task manager and there were 3 instances of wajam source monitor (? not sure if that was exactly it, but close). I "ended" all of them and I was able to then delete WWE folder. Tried Firefox and it opened right up.

Good to hear, cinder

Attention Everyone ! ! !

If you still have the programs around, ZIP them, and send them to any virus and malware scanners you can.

How did you know that specific dll file was the culprit? How did you get that out of the crash report numbers I gave you? Just curious?
