I scanned documents from my printer to my email. Now I need to email information to someone and attached these documents that I scanned to email. Can I do this and how?

Yes, you can forward those emails to your new recipient. Alternatively, you can download the scans from those emails, save them, then attach them to new outgoing emails as required.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Please seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
