Screenshot
Since the last update on 4/15 my screenshot isn't working properly. Instead of taking a screenshot of the selected image it screenshots the background images.

it might be a good idea to simply roll back your FF to the functional version.
i have 4 versionsof FF installed
so go ahead and install the prior version.
just remember to choose "custom installation" and create a unique folder for this secondary install
afterwards turn off the updating feature

Well there are looots of ways taking a screenshot. My keyboard has a Print Scrn button. Still you will need software to paste the image, but then you will be able to do real magic. Did this helped you in your quest ?
hello brian,
i am assuming that you are referring to the FF screenshot feature via "right click" of the mouse. It would be nice that the feature would be renamed to "Take Page Shot" instead of Screen Shot since Windows also has screenshot print features. Btw: What Windows version are you using at this time?
Perhaps, the best way to see what might be causing your issue is to ensure that FF isnt running add-ins (at least temporarily while your investigate this issue)
I tried disabling and removing addons and I'm still having the same problem. It seems to me that there is a problem with the last update. I'm running Windows 10 and using the Firefox screenshot feature.
You can use Inspect Element in the right-click context menu to check what element gets selected and if that isn't the element (image) you are after at then search for this element in the DOM and use "Screenshot Node" in the right-click context menu.

There's definitely a problem in the Screenshot feature in 88. Rolling back to 86 solved my problem.
same problem here! I'm running MacOS and using the Firefox screenshot feature
Is it going to get fixed at some point? I use that handy little feature often. UDPATE fixed in version 93.0
