Some how, when I updated to Firefox 89.0, I lost the use of my search bar located in the middle of the page. Whenever I try and type something, it now goes to the search bar located next to the home page button. How can I remove that search bar and just have the one in the middle of the page?

This top bar is called "URL bar" and you can't remove it. You can remove only this middle bar, or change back its functionality.
