Will Firefox work with Windows XP Professional -64 Edition?
I am setting up a new machine to run some programs that will not run on Windows 7, but will run on Windows XP Pro -64, and some that will run on the 32 bit version. It is a dual boot setup, and i am having a hard time getting IE to work. I have been slow to try Firefox, but i can't seem to get online with IE. Is there a Firefox version that will work with Win XP Pro 64 bit???

Firefox is a 32-bit executable. I'm not aware of any problem running it on 64-bit versions of Windows.
Please note that 64-bit plugins will not run in Firefox, and you might need to do some extra installs to get both 32-bit and 64-bit plugins, depending on how they were packaged by their publishers.

It should work as long as you have Windows XP SP2 at minimum.

waterfox v16.01 is a 64 bit version that will run on xp professional with sp2.
palemoon v15.2.1 is another.
Later versions of both waterfox and palemoon don't run on xp 64 bit.
Latest Firefox v25 [Native,Nightly] on Windows XP x64 is works around. Because is Decompressed from 7zip. (even on Natives plugins with Latest Silverlight/Adobe Flash and Java 8 b92 (Latest setup) is Works around.)
