I use AOL mail. When i use Firefox I can't get the "reply" or "Forward" functions to operate. Just started a week ago. I had to go back to IE to get AOL mail
Firefox worked fine with AOL mail for years. Now it is useless. Sometimes it will not even open AOL mail and when it does the "reply" and "forward" do not work. Now I have to go to IE to use AOL mail

Can you associate the appearance of this problem with a recent update? Firefox 19 was released on February 15th, and the Firefox 19.0.2 security update was released on March 7th.
Did you try testing with your extensions disabled, either using the following tab or using Firefox's Safe Mode?
- orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category
- Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

hello, please go through the steps covered in Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should.
Did everything. Same problrm.

Thanks for your help. This seems to have solved the problem. I didn't disable everything just the AOL toolbar and some other AOL junk.
Scary that their own toolbar interferes with their site. Thanks for reporting that.
