I am trying to set up sync on my iPhone. I tried to follow the instructions in the pop-up labeled "Sync FireFox on your phone or tablet. However, "Sync" does not display on the menu. However, "Sync now" displays in Settings. I tried clicking on Sync Now and it runs without stopping and nothing is happening.

I have a link to an IRS page.

It works fine on Safari, but I get an error message from the IRS site when I use the same link on Firefox. It there a SETTING I need to change in Firefox???

Hi, when using my iPad Pro, Firefox allow the movie files to be downloaded, but failed to open the window/tab to save the files. Please see the attached. This is after I hit download button and the movie has downloaded, then the screen look like this. I have already do the “restart” and Clear Cach”…and try to login and search for all the areas in “setting”…please help!

I’ve been having trouble with hackers for a while now I seem to have gotten them out but getting rid of chrome but I still can’t log onto Facebook even after deleting the app and re-downloading it. It’s just like the hacker is cutting it off and won’t let me on that profile I think it’s because they’re using it for something. I don’t know what to do at this point I I can’t get any help from Facebook, except Robo

This morning, Firefox was working just fine and then this afternoon it decided it no longer wanted to connect to the Internet. I've not been able to connect to the Internet for the rest of the day. All my other browsers will connect. I've done every troubleshooting step, that's been listed on this site and it still won't work. Now what?

I am trying to access the //the //vital-mag.net blog, but I keep encountering an "Access Denied" error. I've ensured that my internet connection is stable and tried different browsers, but the issue persists. Could this be a problem with my Firefox settings or some kind of restriction on the website? How can I resolve this and gain access to the blog?

PayPal popup is a blank page. There seems to be only a global setting for popups. Who EVER wants to turn on ALL popups? Nobody.

Where are per-site permissions?

I downloaded the Firefox app for IOS devices recently, and I was using it do browse on YouTube. It was working for a week, until one day, when I enter YouTube in the url, it leads me to a page that says:

"Sorry, you can't access YouTube for Mobile Web with your account"

I was confused because it was working fine for me a few weeks ago. YouTube also works for me on the Mac version of Firefox. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

I have a iPhone and iPad and neither one has a print button. There is no mention of a printer in settings either. There is no way of printing anything, but when i had google in my devices, i could print anything. This is a major problem. If this is not fix soon, i will have to go back to google, as bad as it is. Also, in settings, I have the items per line set to 4 and i only get one long line and they are large icons, so i can not display every many of the, would be nice if we could select large, medium and small. This way i might be able to display all of my bookmarks. Oh, fyi, my two devices are synced. I am running Firefox 128.2(43742) and iOS 17.5.1. Hope you will fix my bugs because it is a good product otherwise.

Previous update to current Firefox update v128.2, all the synced tabs on the iPad have disappeared.

Was this a known bug?

Web I’m mages not visible on iPhone. Photos display fine

I can log into a bank or credit account with my iPhone and download a statement as a PDF, but once the PDF is displayed, there is no print option. There is a print option for the page that LINKED to the PDF, but not for the PDF itself, which is what I wanted to print in the first place. I used to be able to do this, but had no need to do it for an unknown amount of time, and with the latest updates, the ability is gone, but I'm not sure which update, this or a prior one, caused this to happen.

The menu at the lower right does have a Share option (which has no obvious connection to printing), and the submenu for that has a Print option, which does nothing, neither printing nor bringing up the page selection and print option menu to which I was accustomed. Further down is the Print with HP Smart option, which does confirm connection to my HP printer (the same one that used to work), but says in the body of the page that there is no file to print.

I am using an iPhone 14 Plus with the latest iOS and Firefox updates. Is there another app that I must download? Perhaps an Adobe (or generic) PDF reader app, such as the one that Firefox on the PC opens? Or perhaps an HP app needs an update? I am not aware of any, nor is there any "missing app" message to alert me. I have searched and found the Adobe PDF reader and the HP Print and Scan app and downloaded them, but they are no help. Incidentally, when downloaded by Firefox on iPhone the statement PDF is, according to both of those apps, unable to be loaded due to errors, but on the PC it downloads and prints just fine (the same statement PDF, same account, same month), and on the iPhone it displays just fine also.

Someone please help me. I am currently using my phone only to alert me to the need to print each statement, and using my PC to log into each site, download the PDF, and print it. However, this is not always possible or feasible.
