Email Send Button is Gone
I've been using Firefox for over a year now and all of a sudden the Send button in all my emails disappeared. I rebooted the PC and even shut down for a full reboot and still the program is missing the send button in each and every email including New Emails I create. Never seen this before. What happened and where can I find my email send button ? I checked Options and Accounts with no success or I'm missing the right button but I did click on every button to no avail.
I can restart the program in Safe Mode and I have my Email Button and I can send and reply to emails. When I close the program it defaults back to regular mode and no email button again. Can someone help me ? Thank you!

In a Write window, View/Toolbars/Composition Toolbar. If that toolbar is visible but the Send button isn't, View/Toolbars/Customize..., click Restore Default Set.

Launch in safe mode, check 'Reset toolbars and controls', click 'Make changes and restart'. Does the Send button now appear in normal mode?
No change, when I check to Reset Toolbars & Controls I click Make changes and Restart and nothing happens. It won't advance but if I choose smart Mode again the system restarts in smart mode. I did some research and found noting similar thus far. If you have other ideas please advise. Thanks

So I deleted the Calendar add on and then reset the toolbars & controls a second time, closed the program and shut down the PC for a full reboot and rebooted and everything is back to normal. But I have to add my controls back like SFHowes suggested with customize. I had tried his idea 2 days prior to the post.
I think the calendar add on is from a company that no longer updates the program so it was obsolete and conflicted with the email program. Thank you all is well and the spam still flows too!!
