why can't I see the red line indicating that i typed a word wrongly
i already check the box that says check my spelling as i type but the red line indicating a wrong word doesnt show up.

I see you have the English-GB version of Firefox, that one does not include a dictionary. You can install the British English dictionary from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/british-english-dictionary or if you want another version of English, from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/language-tools
