The Bookmarks window displays. When it disappears, fragments of type and images from the bookmarks window remain pasted over the task bar. This happens after installing Mozila 4.0 twice.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
