unable to get to setting area in Netflix to upgrade blu-ray access

I'm running Firefox 12. I subscribe to Netflix and can get into netflix.com and my account, and I can use Firefox to add DVDs to my queue and change settings in Netflix. But now I want to upgrade from DVD to blu-ray but can't.

In Netflix settings, there's a link to do that online. When I use my computer at work with Internet Explorer, I know I can use this link because I've tried it, and it takes me to a screen to choose to add blu-ray access. Today I can't get to that screen on my home computer with Firefox.

I use the free version of avast antivirus software, which is pretty basic and has never prevented me from doing something like this.

I'm not using netflix so my help here will be limited. When at home, do you see the link in IE?

First I need to be clear that I can see the link in both firefox and IE. The problem is that when I click that link in Firefox it just asks me to log in again. When I do it takes me nowhere but says the problem may be that I'm refusing to accept cookies. But my settings are to accept cookies.

Yes, on my home computer, this does work correctly in IE. So the problem is obviously with firefox.
