Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

Do you have a web server installed on your computer such as IIS or Apache? Please check up no program of this kind is running on your computer. For example, IIS creates a folder called "inetpub" in your root drive. Check if it is created. If so go to Programs and features and choose to disable Windows features. Disable IIS.

If you found another kind of server such as Apache, XAMPP or AppServ just uninstall them.

Not at all. I have a new laptop, windows 7 home version, 64 bit. I did a new installation of Firefox (latest version) and after that a install the plugin. At this moment is only Microsoft Office 2010 installed and a cisco client. No exciting things. If there is an other way to us Amazon S3 please help me. Thanks in advance.

Then maybe the problem was on the server. Anyway, cleaning cookies may help.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

No, this problem doesn't solve. I follow the instructions, but no good result after installing again. I used several download sites, so I hope that the downloaded version is a little bit different. Some installations are louping to downloading - installation - restart - and downloading again - installation - restart and downloading again. An other download give the message S3 Firefox Organizer(S3Fox) can not installed, while not compatible with Firefox 14.0.1 So, I am completely confused. Is there an other way to connect to Amazon?
