Recently when I try to download a file Firefox seems to give it a random amount of time before it attempts to open the file. For small files this isn't a problem, as it always seems to give at least a few seconds, but larger files get cut off. This leaves the file corrupted/incomplete.

I have no idea why is started doing this. Just one day it started opening everything I downloaded, be it PDF, image etc when complete. I turned this off and it has stopped for things that download properly, but it's still doing this 'cut off' attempt to open.

Hello, I have a mac os high sierra version 10.13.6. Google meet has stopped working since yesterday. I updated firefox (115.19.0esr). That doesn't work either. Do you have any advice for me? I hope! Thank you so much! Marie Dupuis

In previous versions of Firefox (up to version 133), it was possible to automatically trigger printing of a PDF file by loading it into an iframe from a sandboxed iframe and call print. However, starting with version 134, this no longer works.

Is there any other way to automatically trigger the print dialog for a PDF file in Firefox, similar to how it can be done in Chrome/Edge (e.g., by opening the PDF in a new window and directly triggering the print dialog without additional button clicks)?

My local folders are missing. There is nothing in my profiles to recover from. This is the second time this has happened after a Thunderbird update. Last time the local folder were found in my profile and I was able to restore them, This time there is nothing to restore. Has this happened to other users?

I'm using Version 128.6.0esr in Windows, but can't do drag and drop file for attachment at all. Previously it still can use this feature but suddenly it came to a stop.

The icon Ø will appear when we are trying to drag and drop a file to the create message window.

We already have tried the troubleshoot with no result.

Any advice on how to repair this?

Hi folks, for some months now it has been taking several minutes to download my mails from my provider Netcologne to my Thunderbird mail client. My version: 128.6.0esr (64-bit) OS Windows 10 home 22H2 Previous activities: 1. fault report to provider Netcologne, reply: No error detectable 2. installation of mail client ‘eM Client’. Mails are downloaded in a few seconds, just like a few months ago with Thunderbird mail client.

Something is wrong with the Thunderbird mail client. Please help me, I am an enthusiastic fan of Thunderbird and would like to stay that way. Best regards Friedrich Berger

Hi, With ctrl+maj+del, you are able to delete everything cache cookies and such.. but is it possible to delete everything but speed dials or at least pinned speed dials ?

Since Friday i cannot log into my Quickbooks account using Firefox. All other browers work fine when trying to log in. My default browser is Firefox. SO this is totally frustrating.

Suddenly all the gmail attachments stopped to download. I can see (and scroll) the e.g. pdf in a viewing mode but I can`t download it. I turned on the troublshooting mode but the problem persisted. I can download the same attachment in Chrome.

I have been using Private Browsing to read https://www.dailymail.co.uk for years because it blocks the adds. Now for the second time in years it seems to block a part of the page I don't want it too block. And for the life of me I cant remember if I did something to fix it the first time or Mozilla fixed it. Anyway the problem does not show up in ordinary Firefox but the adds make it so hard to concentrate while they keep flashing on and off all the time. So I have attached two screen shots to show the difference between the two Ordinary & Private. Any ideas very welcome. Thanks. I am experiencing discoloration on the top left corner of my firefox browser theme when I am in "full screen view". The discoloration disappears when I exit from full screen mode to "window view". This discoloration is happening on every theme I enable. I have attached two pictures to show what I am seeing between the full screen view and window view.

I am running Windows 11 and have a 32" curved monitor. I searched for solutions such as disabling hardware acceleration, but nothing seems to be working.

Any help would be really appreciated!
