RE Firefox browser 132.0.1 (64-bit) My Firefox was just updated and it is incredibly slow. Not just the browser, but it is dragging my entire operating system into the mud. I check taskmanager and it is eating up more than a MILLION MB in memory This is simply crazy. I have used Firefox since it was introduced 20 years ago. I swear by this browser and do not use any other browsers But for the past three months every new update and 'fix' has succeeded simply in making everything slower, more cumbersome and essentially unusable! Look I use it conservatively: I ONLY have three addons: Addblock, a youtube video downloader and a video stream detector. NONE of those add-ons usually create that much drag on the system. It's the browser itself that is essentially dragging my computing experience back into the stone age. My entire operating system has slowed down to a crawl. This is not good!!!
